Just an update on my experiences at Pulse. I still experience great service. I had my Jamis mountain bike serviced by there techs and they hooked it up. They come off very condescending and abrasive. The prices are marked way up as well. I'm not sure how this place can stay in business I know enough about bikes to get me in trouble but can….
