We use Solidworks to create 3D models of your parts, and for injection mold design. We provide complete copies of first article inspection reports, assembly drawings, parts list and detail drawings as requested. Every mold that we design and build includes a one million shot warranty, which stays in effect for as long as the production run of the mold stays in our facilities. We specialize in the design, build and run of thermoplastic injection molds and have complete in-house design, and tool-room facilities.

Management strongly seems like they don't care about its employees or the work load they put on their employees. It's a absolute "do what they say or out the door you go" policy. Extremely stressful work environment due to a lack of responsible management. Management willing shoves ALL blame to it's employees for their mistakes. There is no training program or wage increases with learning something new. The best thing about the company is the people you work next to. They are awesome people!

The family is really nice and they look out for their employees. But the way things are handled at Venture everyone makes the best of it. We are all a team and trying to reach that main goal together. The company is poorly ran with no respect for there employees. They have you work 50 hours during the regular work week then expect you to work Saturday with only a half day notice.

Pros Lots of overtime. Cons 6 day work weeks. Good place to get on your feet. Haven't met many long-term employees with job satisfaction. It can be fun, but there's not much room for your personality.
